Senior Company Secretarial Manager – Funds – Dublin City – Hybrid

An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Company Secretary to join a high-performing Corporate Governance team. Role Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in the delivery of high-quality company secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of fund and corporate clients
• Act as the main governance contact for your clients, building strong relationships with boards, investors and senior stakeholders
• Lead, coach and develop a team of company secretarial professionals—sharing your expertise and ensuring best practice across the function
• Oversee company incorporations, dissolutions, share capital restructures, re-registrations and other complex transactions within fund and corporate structures
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings, including beneficial ownership and annual return submissions
• Review and maintain statutory registers and company records across a portfolio of regulated entities
• Attend board and committee meetings, preparing minutes, resolutions and governance documentation
• Collaborate closely with fund legal, compliance and corporate teams to support clients through the full lifecycle of transactions
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of governance processes and the development of new client service offerings

About You:

• You have 5+ years of company secretarial experience, ideally within a funds or corporate services environment
• You hold or are working toward a CGI (ICSA) qualification
• You’re an experienced Manager or Mentor, passionate about developing people and fostering collaboration
• You have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• You’re confident communicating with clients, boards and senior stakeholders
• You’re commercially minded, proactive and take pride in delivering an excellent standard of work
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing autonomy and teamwork with ease
